*Illustration only: $250,000 taxable market value × county assessment ratio, minus the $1,000 homestead exemption, × total mills ÷ 1,000. 2025 tax-year levies. Fire, ambulance and TIF districts can change the rate for some parcels.
Rows marked by city are the urban part of a school district; "Unincorporated" is the rural part; "All areas" means the report shows one rate for the whole district. The Bridge Creek Fire Protection District (0.70 mills) is collected as a special assessment and is not included. Not yet included: Ninnekah #51. The report prints a 104.98-mill school sinking fund (181.12 total), far above every other district in the county, so we are holding it until it is confirmed on the county levy sheet.
Not sure which district you're in?
Your tax district (a code such as 412, MC2 or I-27-V6) is printed on your county property tax bill and on your assessment notice, and it appears on the property's record in the county assessor's online search. Look up the address, then match the code here. In the lists, "Unincorporated" means outside city limits.
Some Oklahoma County bills show a code with a suffix. TF codes are tax increment financing (TIF) areas, and the county prints the same total rate as the base code. FD codes are fire districts; the county lists the fire district levy separately (FD1 Hickory Hills 7.53 mills, FD2 Deer Creek 10.00 mills), so check your bill for the exact total.
