When are property taxes due in the OKC metro?

County treasurers mail property tax bills near the end of November.

Canadian County explains the schedule this way: if exactly one-half is paid by December 31, the second half is due by March 31; if nothing is paid by December 31, the full amount becomes delinquent January 1 (Canadian County).

If your taxes are paid through a mortgage escrow account, your lender pays the bill; check your escrow statement after the new bill comes out.
